good-sized unit with a beautiful decor. perfect, magnificent location especially in common areas.

I have stayed here before, it's still an absolutely stunning and beautifully designed hotel. The staff were excellent co-operating and smart and the location was unbeatable next to an international airport. I loved wine bar.

Views appeared to be bad.

Both the bar and the dining room were extremely hot. Service in the dining room was poor. The menu was unexciting and limited. The distances in the hotel from room to elevator were huge.

The ability to step off the plane and into the hotel was stress-free, and the spa treatments were a perfect remedy for my jet lag. The unexpected peach cake delivery was a delightful surprise that made our stay special.

No free wifi in the room and wifi in the hotel was extremly slow.

It's industry. They don't treat customers - they process customers. Reception very slow - waiting approx.30 Min in queue for check in. Same story for check out. No soap in bathroom and even after complaining nobody delivered to room. I had to go to reception and complain again and collect. Some items from minibar missing and not replaced. I have choosen this hotel because of early flight. Considering waste of time for check in and check out - would be more efficient to stay at Novotel or other hotel just few km from airport and take shuttle - and save money as price for room doesn't correspond with quality of service at all.

Convenience is off the charts here, being directly connected to Terminal 1 means you're just steps away from your flight. The gym packs solid equipment, ensuring you can burn off that pasta and gelato you indulged in before your early morning takeoff.

I've got to say, the room left something to be desired with its decor-some designer touches seemed neglected, like the TV blocking a pretty chic lamp. The indoor pool needs a makeover. It looked more worn out than a ship after a tussle with the Empire. The minimal attention to pool rules was unsettling. I noticed a lack of attention to room supplies-missing mini bar items and a shower design that could leave you standing in a bit of a mini lake. Just be prepared for that trek, especially with heavy luggage.
